Welcome to the home of Orso Swimbait Co. This is site is dedicated to the amazing bass fishing in Southern California. My name is David Roberson and I moved within 2 miles of Lake Casitas after I had the opportunity to fish with professional guide Sean James in 2004. Sean took me to Casitas on a rainy day that turned out to be one of the greatest experiences I have ever had and plus it was my first time throwing swimbaits. I ended up with the two fish you see in the photo. And that one day not only set the foundation of my desire to learn all I could about So. Cal. bass fishing but also would point me in the direction of swimbait videoing and design.
